Welp, here goes. My first post on my shiny new blog. Of course, I have been avoiding writing my first post, as I wanted to have this blog thing all figured out before I got started. I wanted my first blog post to be just right, but that's just me being anal, and that's not really the point anyway.
So, fair warning, if you're here thinking that this is one of those blogs where the mama is at home making soap and sewing a fantastic wardrobe for her little people, inventing new gourmet recipes that are also cheap and healthy, making fancy DIY projects, and all the while taking fantastic professional quality photos of the whole thing...you should think again. First, I am NOT a writer and I am a terrible speller. So, if you are one of those people that is correcting my spelling or grammar as you read, that's fine...just keep it to yourself. Second, this blog is really more for me than it is for you. So, if you have stumbled upon this and are interested in our life because you are, say, a grandmother to my child(ren), that's great, but otherwise you may be bored to tears. And lastly, I am not really very techy. So, if you are looking at my blog thinking that it looks like cave men put it together, you are probably right.
Well...if you are still here reading this after all that warning, I am assuming that you want to be here pretty badly. And, in that case, I hope you enjoy sharing our life and activities!
